Job Description: Lead/Architect - Full Stack React Development (React Native Android)
Skillset Required:
10+ years of experience as a Full Stack React Development.
Expertise in React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, GraphQL, Git, GitHub, Android Studio, and Azure.
Strong background in developing and maintaining mobile applications for Android using React Native.
Job Overview: We are seeking a Lead/Architect level Full Stack Developer with React Native expertise to guide and assist developers across multiple client applications (Frontend, iOS, Android, and Backend). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing development processes, ensuring high-performance mobile applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor development teams working across client apps (Frontend, iOS, Android, Backend).
Track development progress and ensure seamless communication across teams.
Take part in new enhancements and deliverables involving external teams or third parties.
Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable React Native applications for Android platforms.
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to define, design, and deliver new features.
Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable front-end code using JavaScript and TypeScript.
Integrate GraphQL APIs to enable seamless data fetching and manage state.
Debug and resolve performance issues and bottlenecks, especially Android-specific challenges.
Write unit tests, integration tests, and conduct code reviews to ensure application quality.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve development processes and practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in full-stack React development, with a focus on React Native for Android applications.
Strong knowledge of modern web and mobile technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, React Native, and GraphQL.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Android Studio, and cloud services such as Azure.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues across multiple platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
Experience in managing or mentoring a team of developers.
Familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
Ability to stay ahead of the curve with industry trends and development best practices.
