The Retail Online team is looking for a Program Manager to manage readiness activities for Online Store. The Retail Readiness organization is responsible for planning and executing business strategy, Support readiness for customer experience initiatives. Team is also responsible for promotions & campaigns readiness across the Apple.com/shop, Apple Store App & five additional digital customer platforms across 39 countries. **Description**
In this role, you will work with Commercial, Retail Marketing, Marcom, Product Operations and Store Operations teams to plan and implement readiness activities for Commercial Programs, Customer Experience Initiatives & Promotions / Campaigns. You will be responsible for Program Management from very early stage of ideation all the way to launch stage. The Retail Online Readiness Program Manager is a natural leader and facilitator; a strategic problem solver who can “connect the dots” at multiple levels; is driven, organized and detail oriented; communicates with ease at all levels; is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts; manages through relationships and influence; and displays grace under fire. Responsibilities: - Drive plan of record for all key work streams - including commercial, product operations, marketing and retail operations. - Effectively manage alignment and communication between stakeholders, subject matter experts, and other internal groups. - Analyze risk and develop risk mitigation plans - Provide weekly readiness updates - Drive process improvement activities across multiple work streams
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 7+ years of experience managing projects or programs with varying cross functional partners, stitching together teams to implement the business strategy
+ Experience and knowledge of multiple teams: product online, merchandising, sales, supply chain, capacity planning, & logistics
+ Strong focus on problem solving and has the ability to identify and implement scalable solutions
+ Sharp eye for details with a “hands-on” and continuous improvement approach to identify inefficiencies and design improvement processes

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
