Responsibilities:
\r\nTo help the supervisor guide associates in Further Processing toward production goals and quality standards.
\r\nKnowledge, skills and Abilities:
\r\n* Excellent Attendance and Personnel record
\r\n* Able to work with minimum Supervision
\r\n* Ability to speak, read, and write English and Spanish
\r\n* Able to operate basic office equipment (copier, 10-key calculator, fax, etc.)
\r\n* Weekend work required as necessary
\r\n* Ability to train new associates
\r\n* Ability to perform all jobs in the department at line speed
\r\n* Knowledge of workplace safety rules
\r\n* Ability to complete paperwork accurately
\r\n* Ability to perform multiple duties
\r\nEducation & Experience
\r\n* GED or equivalent
