Job Overview:
In this role, the Analyst be an integral member of the Core+ Portfolio Management team which focuses on BREIT, BPP U.S., BPP LS and other vehicles. The focus of the team is to produce reporting of portfolio operational and financial performance for stockholders and senior management, and to perform analyses to drive strategic business decisions. The responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
· Producing portfolio analysis and presentations for the management team, including:
o Working with the asset management team and Blackstone portfolio companies on real estate performance and forecasts
o Working with the capital markets team on liabilities performance and strategy. Assisting with benchmarking/attribution analysis, real estate portfolio screening and other related workstreams
· Delivering high quality reporting and analytics
· Executing ad hoc projects, and generating monthly and quarterly reporting for investors, management team and board
· Driving project management with both internal and external teams to deliver efficient reporting and processes to the team
Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, have sound judgment, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. The successful candidate must have:
· BS (or above) in Finance, Real Estate, Data Science or Accounting
· 1+ years of professional experience
· Prior work experience in real estate finance or portfolio management, banking/capital markets, and/or financial reporting
· Resourceful mindset with an efficiency-driven approach to problem solving
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills, particularly using Excel; comfort working with large data sets and the ability to identify data inconsistencies and patterns
· Ability to produce creative, compelling, detailed materials; strong proficiency in PowerPoint
· Ability to multi-task and execute a wide range of assignments; strong time management skills

Expected annual base salary range:
$95,000 - $125,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
