Responsible for commercial real estate valuation, appraisal review and property tax activities as they relate to AHS Investment Corp. (AHSIC) and Atlantic Health System (AHS).

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Oversees all commercial real estate valuation and appraisals for leases, subleases, and timeshares. 
2. Represents Real Estate's best interests and activities while communicating and negotiating with private physician practices.
3. Documents the market rent rates and property sale valuations for compliance with applicable federal regulations related to medical offices.
4. Prepares, analyzes and files property tax forms for appropriate municipalities. Works with legal department and  real estate appraisers on tax appeals and related matters. 
5. Engages in computer software applications, technologies, systems and procedures related to commercial real estate. 
6. Demonstrates a positive, professional, and client-oriented attitude about the company with coworkers, tenants, clients, and the public whether contact is by mail, e-mail, telephone, or in person. 
7. Interfaces with legal department, facilities department, construction department and local tax assessors, as necessary. 
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
