Real Estate Analyst (m/f/d) European AM Coordination Office

As an Analyst (m/f/d) European Real Estate Asset Management Coordination Office you will

 

Support the asset management department in various projectes across regions Integrate and simplify workflows and processes Support in implementation of ESG and smart initiatives Contribute to setting up an harmonized services to our clients

 

The role includes the coordination and facilitation of various Real Estate Asset Management activities within the organization. The harmonization of Real Estate Asset Management tasks and business approaches with a focus on processes and tool efficiency represents a key target.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Support promoting harmonization of  business planning modelling practices and reporting standardization across Europe Analyse and process performance figures in business planning processes on a portfolio basis Promote integration and simplification of workflows and processes, drive Asset Management activities within Europe Support Smart building initiatives across region Contribute to set up the data asset management platform and develop relevant use cases Contribute to IT-tool related projects and other related data driven projects (e.g. AI workstreams) by providing AM related input to improve efficiency Support reviewing opportunity for increased digitalization in processes Analyse the portfolio focused on AM relevant data (e.g. inflation hedge, track of green lease) Contribute to review agnostic lease agreement and lease approval templates Support to fulfil energy/carbon consumption reduction targets and its reporting in light of on the underlying tool landscape Support to set up an efficient ESG reporting platform and provide relevant AM input Close interaction with EU Sustainability team, portfolio management, operations and other stakeholder Preparation of meetings, coordination and presentation of AM strategy initiatives in course of the regular meetings with Head of AM Europe and AM Coordination office Europe and other formats Strengthen cooperation and exchange between countries and regions work on European and global harmonization initiatives as well as the digital transformation project

 

Key Requirements

 

Successfully completed studies in real estate or economics (in the latter case ideally with additional real estate qualifications) Internship or working student experience in real estate asset management is an advantage Very good Knowledge of MS Office; in particular very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Detail-oriented with solid quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills and a high degree of accuracy Very good written and verbal communication skills: Fluency in German and English is a requirement Hands-on and self-initiative mentality, and perseverance in completing projects and tasks Enjoy working in a dynamic, multicultural and international business environment
