Real Estate and Facility Specialist

**The position**
The position is responsible for administering, supervising, and managing external services in the GFE-Real Estate Facilities area. This includes ensuring the proper cleaning of productive areas in the plants, guaranteeing operational continuity according to Boehringer Ingelheim standards. Additionally, it involves managing the quality of employee transportation, ensuring appropriate routes, schedules, cleanliness, and safety, thereby facilitating the opening and closing of productive shifts. The role also includes administering the switchboard service, ensuring its continuity, updates, and conducting periodic audits.
**Tasks and responsabilities**
+ Ensure that external service providers comply with the necessary procedures and requirements to perform their activities on-site in accordance with GMP regulations.
+ Maintain control of annual budgets without deviations (OPEX).
+ Responsible for the administration, supervision, and control of cleaning, transportation, and switchboard services.
+ Properly manage the mobility (transportation) service.
+ Plan, coordinate, and supervise the transportation of employees to and from their workplaces.
+ Manage and ensure the purchase of cleaning supplies and inventory administration.
+ Manage laundry services and assign and control lockers.
+ Ensure the payment processes for each service.
+ Responsible for enforcing policies related to Ethics and Compliance, as well as Safety.
+ Register external personnel on-site monthly, along with the service requester responsible for the personnel.
+ Act as the point of contact for providing related information in case of an audit.
**Requirements**
+ At least 5 years of experience in facilities and utilities management, engineering, maintenance.
+ Experience in managing GMP cleaning processes.
+ General knowledge of national mobility regulations and road safety.
+ Knowledge and use of company systems (e.g., SAP, WeBuy, Veeva, Invoicetrack, etc.).
+ Budget and CapEx management, experience in administrative areas, customer service.
+ Experience in team management and leadership is a plus.
+ Experience in managing mobility and transportation providers for personnel.
+ Knowledge and experience with Office Suite.
+ English level: Advanced.
