This role focuses on residential development and regeneration, working on high-profile projects for domestic and international clients. If you've got between 2-5 years of PQE and are passionate about real estate, this could be a fantastic fit for you! What You'll Be Doing: - Handling a broad range of real estate transactions with a focus on residential development and regeneration projects. - Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, and complex title due diligence, bringing your expertise to the table. - Collaborating with developers, investors, and other industry leaders, building long-lasting relationships. - Offering practical, commercial legal advice to help clients navigate their projects smoothly. - Getting involved in business development and client events, helping the team grow and build its presence.
