The Real Estate Solicitor Role: · Legal 500 recommended real estate team. · You will act for a number of FTSE 100 and significant local clients, supporting a variety and full range of real estate work including the sale and purchase of significant investment property and large-scale portfolios, energy and transport related infrastructure, portfolio property management (landlord and occupier) and acting for national and local developers throughout a range of sectors. · Excellent client base- opportunity to act for investors, developers and occupiers. Candidate Requirements: · Solid real estate experience whether from a large national/international firm or a regional or smaller firm with a solid real estate practice. · 1- 5 PQE. · Strong ties to Manchester. · Good academic record.
