This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-profile, complex projects for a diverse range of clients, including major pension funds, private equity firms, and international investors. About the Role: As an Associate in this Commercial Development & Investment team, you'll gain hands-on experience advising on a variety of real estate transactions across key sectors such as offices, retail, industrial estates, logistics parks, and more. You will work closely with senior partners and associates, contributing to cutting-edge developments and helping clients navigate significant commercial and mixed-use real estate projects. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting with due diligence on acquisitions and disposals of investment assets. - Handling regeneration and redevelopment projects, including lettings, pre-lettings, and joint ventures. - Drafting and negotiating key property documents such as agreements for lease, leases, side letters, and licences. - Supporting portfolio financing and conducting title investigations. - Engaging in business development initiatives including client training and preparing client alerts. - Collaborating with the firm's Innovation team to enhance efficiency using AI and technology. About You: - NQ-2 years PQE with solid experience in real estate, particularly in commercial development and investment. - Strong technical, drafting, and negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects. - A team player with the ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines under pressure. - Commercially astute with the ability to offer practical and timely advice to clients.
