Compensation Range
Hourly: $20.90 - $26.90 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to provide support to Commercial Real Estate Bankers as well as serve as a primary contact for deposit and loan portfolio issues.
Essential Functions
Serve as the primary customer contact for loan administration issues, depository accounts, and contact customers for updated financial information and other confidential correspondence
Manage fraud, overdrafts, and mortgage warehousing daily
Prepare ELARs as needed, obtain needed approvals, and submit to Commercial Loan Servicing (CLS)
Submit completed loan documentation to CLS and manage the booking process
Process real estate documentation including title work, recording, and insurance
Request appraisal reviews and flood letters
Clear documentation exceptions and review exceptions for assigned officers
Process loan advances and paydowns as well as account and wire transfers
Coordinate new deposit account openings and closings
Create and maintain loan documentation files
Provide administrative support to Commercial Bankers
Assist in the preparation of Loan Committee materials and other management reports
Assist with identifying and referring cross-selling opportunities
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required
Proficient in various systems and all loan documentation policies and procedures, including knowledge of best practices
Skilled at PowerPoint, ELAR, BDEV, CRISP, Shaw, CAC, and Branch Connections
Ability to develop working relationships with customers
Ability to learn and leverage new technology
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve deadlines under pressure
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
2+ years related experience required
