Candidate Profile:JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in Massachusetts.
2+ years of substantive experience in real estate transactions.
Proven experience handling purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements.
Joint venture experience is preferred, as well as borrower-side financing experience.
Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to navigate complex transactions efficiently and cultivate meaningful client relationships.
Ambition, drive, and a team-oriented mindset to contribute to the firm's growing national practice.
Strong law firm or clerking experience preferred. Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements.
Assist in joint ventures and borrower-side financing transactions.
Provide strategic legal counsel on real estate matters, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys on high-value real estate deals.
