Real Estate Associate Attorney

Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas. This position offers exciting opportunities to work on complex real estate transactions and a clear path for career growth within the firm.

 

Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Bar Admission in Texas. 3–4 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of commercial real estate assets. AmLaw 200 experience: familiarity with the pace and expectations of a sophisticated law firm environment is necessary. Skilled in complex legal drafting. Experience in joint venture transactions is preferred, but not required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Work on a variety of high-profile real estate transactions, including joint venture formations, financings, and the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets across the United States. Represent developers, investors, and financial institutions in complex real estate deals. Collaborate with a dynamic team of attorneys in a collegial and interactive practice.
