We are in search of a Real Estate Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Naples, Florida. In this role, you will be primarily handling real estate transactions, focusing on both residential and commercial properties. This role requires in-office presence during the training period, after which a flexible schedule can be accommodated. This is a transactional attorney role (no litigation) looking for a candidate with 3-5 years' experience within Florida Real Estate Law - Florida Barred. Responsibilities:
• Preparing deeds for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• Managing the signing of title policies
• Providing support to realtors and answering their queries beyond regular working hours
• Implementing document management and conveyancer skills to maintain accurate customer records
• Leveraging skills in civil litigation and claim administration to resolve customer inquiries
• Handling customer complaints proficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Utilizing knowledge in real estate title and deeds to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action
• Collaborating with the team in a busy office environment, ensuring smooth operations
• Making use of consumer electronics to process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law
• Proficient in 3M software
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat software
• Familiarity with case management software
• Experience in using Conveyancer software
• Proficient in document management
• Must have experience in briefing
• Experience in civil litigation
• Skilled in claim administration
• Proven experience in complaint handling
• Knowledge of consumer electronics
• Must have experience in real estate title work
• Proficient in handling deeds
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills
• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
