Real Estate Construction Management Lead

 The Real Estate Construction Management Lead leads or coordinates construction projects such as developing a new facility; the addition, expansion or extension of an existing facility; or renovation/alterations to a facility in collaboration with project team, construction site and management. The Real Estate Construction Management Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

The Real Estate Construction Management Lead develops assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project. Organizes and directs construction personnel and ensures that materials and equipment resources are delivered on time. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree8 or more years’ experience in programmatic project management services, preferably for consumer facing locations (clinical, retail, etc.) 2 or more years of project/program leadership experience10 or more years’ experience in commercial real estate project and construction management Ability to travel up to 40% based on business need and projectsThis role is located and based out of Florida.Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s DegreePMP (project management professional) certificationFMP (facility management professional) certificationManagement of clinical facility operations

Work-At-Home Requirements:

•    Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
•    Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$115,200 - $158,400 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
