Real Estate Coordinator

The Real Estate Coordinator will act as an administrative assistant for the real estate portfolio group. This group handles all leases for existing Wendys locations in the US, Canada, and Europe. The Real Estate Coordinator will handle invoices, vendor relationships, lease administration, and tracking.
Responsibilities
Tracking spreadsheets
Handle minor issues with locations
Looking at invoices
Sorting mail
Routing documents via Docusign
Putting together pdfs for real estate meetings
Making agenda
Handling monthly scorecards
Other admin-oriented duties, as assigned
