**What You'll Get To Do:**
Position is responsible for all corporate services programs and real estate/facility administration and analytic support including responding to program inquiries, supplier management, communicating with corporate services suppliers and internal customers, analyzing travel, fleet and real estate data, P-Card program administration support, audit and processing of monthly corporate services invoices. This position will also be responsible for reviewing lease documentation, understanding contractual financial obligations to ensure timely and accurate payments to landlords and vendors and manage subtenants rent invoicing, operating expense billing and reconciliations. Position reports to Manager – Real Estate and Corporate Services and while function independently on a day to day basis, receives direction and guidance from supervisor.
**Real Estate Lease Administration and Facilities Support**
+ Review and audit lease documents including updating and maintaining all lease information and data in excel, as required
+ Review invoices in conjunction with lease requirements and gather all supporting back-up documentation from landlords and/or other billing parties to ensure that all calculations are correct
+ Maintain landlord and facility related contact info
+ Coordinate accounting and funding requirements/information regarding real estate facilities management between outsourced service provider and PNA internal accounting
+ Review rental statements and invoices for accuracy, process monthly rental payment, analyze rental liabilities, perform account audits, reconciliations, and other facility and capital projects related payment reviews, and work with landlords and vendors to resolve charge and/or payment disputes
+ Manage PNA subtenants rent invoicing, operating expense billing and reconciliations
+ Communicate with subtenants on facility matters when necessary
+ Respond to facility inquires in support of the facilities management
**Corporate Services Program Specialist and Administration Support (Travel)**
+ Support Corporate Services Manager (CSM) with PNA’s Travel Program management which requires extensive communications internally with business unit (BUs) travelers, business unit finance heads, Corporate Accounts Payable (CAP) and travel suppliers.
+ Support CSM with travel supplier management including audit and analytics of supplier’s KPIs and SLAs, strategic planning and program implementations to improve program operations.
+ Support CSM in creation, analysis and distribution of pertinent travel related reports to the BUs to improve travel program effectiveness to drive compliance and savings.
+ Audit and process monthly Travel Management Company (TMC) transaction billing. Requires timely action as well as maintaining indisputable documentation for audit purposes.
+ Audit and process monthly Business Travel Account (BTA) and Purchasing Card (Pcard) billing. Interface with CAP and BU finance heads to answer billing inquiries when needed.
+ Provide Travel Program processes, policies and direction to users outside the Corporate Services Organization.
**Corporate Services Program Specialist and Administration Support (Fleet)**
+ Support Corporate Services Manager (CSM) with PNA’s Fleet Program management which requires extensive communications internally with business unit (BUs) drivers, business unit finance heads, Corporate Accounts Payable (CAP) and Fleet program suppliers.
+ Support CSM with Fleet supplier management including audit and analytics of supplier’s KPIs and SLAs, strategic planning and program implementations to improve program operations.
+ Support CSM in creation, analysis and distribution of pertinent Fleet program related reports to the BUs to improve program effectiveness to improve compliance and savings.
+ Audit and process monthly Fleet Management Company (FMC) lease and services billing ensuring all charges are reconciled and accurately charged back to responsible PNA organization.
+ Maintain all data associated with automotive fleet driver and vehicle information in SAP ERP Fleet application. Ensure accuracy of all chargebacks to business units and respond to all BU and accounting inquiries.
+ Communicate with HR, drivers and BU finance as needed in support of Fleet programs

**Qualifications**
**What You'll Bring:**
**Education and Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
+ 1-3 years of relevant experience.
+ Proficiency in personal computer applications, influencing skills, building team alignment,
+ Must be experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.

+ Track record of providing excellent client service while diplomatically pushing back with alternate approaches or solutions where appropriate
+ High sense of urgency and thrives in fast paced, dynamic organization with time sensitive deadlines
**Communications**
+ Provides timely and effective written and verbal communications
+ Extensive written and verbal communications required to interface with all levels of internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
+ Ability to influence stakeholders to comply with Corporate Services processes and to provide timely responses for necessary information and resolve issues as necessary
+ Provides timely and effective verbal and written communications with all stakeholders such as delivering end user training session
+ Routinely interact verbally and in writing with third party suppliers
**Other Requirements**
+ Up to 10% travel

The wage range of $70,000 - $80,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. *The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
