Job Overview
The purpose of the Premises and Facilities Management team is to enable the ING way of working. We design and realize a suitable work environment for ING employees.
The majority of the operational and tactical activities have been outsourced to a single supplier. Additional contracts are in place with other suppliers for specific services. The team is responsible for stakeholder management with senior ING management, strategy setting, development of services, project management, performance and contract management.
The essence is to know which requirements the customer organizations have for accommodation (Corporate Real Estate) and Facility Services and to know what the supplier can deliver. Based on this, a portfolio of accommodation and services is established to be provided by the supplier. Subsequently, the provision of the services is tested against the desired quality level and the agreed costs.
This is done in partnership with the supplier and in close cooperation with the global Corporate Real Estate Management organization and with the professional disciplines Human Resources and Workplace Services.
You will form part of the Premises & Facilities Management team as the Real Estate Expert. In this role, you will report to the Head of Premises and Facilities Management in order to achieve the strategic objectives. You will maintain strategic relationship with suppliers and you will participate in the development of PFM and corporate real estate strategy.
Key Responsibilities
