Job Description:
The Real Estate (“RE”) Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) group performs analysis and supports financial reporting for Blackstone’s real estate segment and strategic business initiatives. The RE FP&A Analyst will contribute to and work with the broader RE business in a number of key areas, which include:
Preparing the RE business financial forecast and weekly reporting to Corporate Finance for senior managementConducting financial modeling of our various real estate equity and debt investment businessesCoordinating the collection, analysis, and delivery of key metrics, including those relating to fundraising, capital deployment and realizations data across the businessDrafting and creating presentations for senior management, including the RE CFOPartnering in the preparation of RE strategic plans, new business analysis, and ad hoc analyses in coordination with Investor Reporting, Valuations, Operations, Asset Management and Portfolio Management teamsSupporting the Blackstone Corporate Finance and investor relations teams during the quarterly earnings processInvolvement with Blackstone SEC financial reporting, including the preparation of quarterly filingsLeading and assisting with special projects for the RE businessQualifications:

Expected annual base salary range:
$90,000 - $125,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
