The role offers exposure to a variety of high-profile and complex matters, with key responsibilities including: - Development: Advising on commercial property development projects, including site acquisitions, planning, and construction agreements. - Sales and Purchases: Managing the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties, often involving multi-million-pound transactions. - Landlord and Tenant: Drafting and negotiating leases, lease renewals, and other landlord-tenant matters. - Banking and Finance: Acting for banks and financial institutions in securing property assets, including the negotiation of facility agreements and security documentation.
