Our client seeks a proactive Real Estate Lead Generation & Social Media Assistant primarily focused on identifying and connecting with potential property sellers in specific target areas. This role will drive business growth through effective lead generation and research, while supporting the client's digital presence and administrative needs. The ideal candidate will have strong real estate industry knowledge and be eager to learn additional digital marketing strategies.
The Impact you’ll makeLead Generation & Property Research (Primary Focus) \nConduct organic research to identify potential property sellers in target areas (Indian Hill, Marymont, and Terrace Park)\nReach out to potential sellers via email or phone\nResearch market trends in target areas\nFocus on identifying potential sellers experiencing life changes\nManage leads through real estate tools\nReal Estate Operations Support \nWork with various real estate tools including MLS, Realist, EXP, BatchLeads, and Zenlist\nAssist with property listing management\nSupport client relationship management\nDigital Marketing & Social Media Management \nManage and optimize Facebook account and LinkedIn presence\nCreate engaging content using Canva and CapCut\nLearn and support Google and Facebook ads campaigns (training provided)\nTarget and engage with specific community groups\nAdministrative Excellence \nManage email communications and calendar scheduling\nCoordinate appointments and follow-ups\nOrganize and prioritize daily tasks effectively\nHandle personal and administrative tasks as needed\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nUS real estate industry experience or strong knowledge (essential)
Experience with real estate software (MLS, Realist, EXP, BatchLeads, Zenlist)
Proven track record in lead generation and outreach
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva and CapCut)
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Strong communication and organizational skills\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\nTechnical Skills: \nExpert in real estate tools (MLS, Realist, EXP, BatchLeads, Zenlist)\nStrong lead generation and research abilities\nProficiency in Canva and CapCut for content creation\nSocial media marketing capabilities\nGoogle Workspace mastery
