This role is essential for managing comprehensive social media marketing campaigns while handling critical administrative functions that support real estate transactions. The position will allow our client to focus on client relationships and closing deals while ensuring all marketing, CRM, and administrative tasks are professionally managed.
The Impact you’ll makeSocial Media Marketing \nManage all social media platforms independently\nCreate, schedule, and publish engaging content\nRun targeted advertising campaigns\nCapture and integrate leads into kvCORE CRM\nTrack and report on social media performance\nCRM Management & Automation \nBuild and maintain automated workflows in kvCORE\nManage lead nurturing sequences\nEnsure proper data entry and maintenance\nOptimize CRM processes for maximum efficiency\nGenerate reports on lead conversion metrics\nTransaction Management \nAssist in drafting contracts using templates\nCreate MLS entry listings for review\nManage transaction documentation using Dotloop\nCoordinate closing processes\nEnsure compliance with real estate procedures\nAdministrative Excellence \nManage calendar for showings and appointments\nSchedule and order client appreciation gifts\nCoordinate property viewing logistics\nAssist with transaction reviews\nProvide general administrative support\n
