Draft attorney review letters, inspection letters, and all necessary real estate transaction documents with minimal oversight
Manage multiple transactions at various stages from attorney review through to closing
Handle all administrative duties related to real estate transactions
Anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop solutions
Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process
Maintain organized records and ensure timely submission of all paperwork
Assist with any additional real estate-related tasks as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Commercial Real Estate experience - nice to have - not necessary
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal in residential real estate (commercial real estate experience is a plus)
Proficiency in drafting legal documents for real estate transactions
Ability to manage several transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with precision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-office presence required, with work available at either the Ocean Township or Woodland Park office
