Responsibilities: + Conduct daily and weekly cash analysis for investment vehicles. + Approve payables and manage expenditure workflows across systems like NEXUS, Paymode-X/Kyriba, and MRI. + Address internal and external inquiries promptly. + Oversee monthly account roll-ups, reconciliations, and prepare Flash Reports for investment vehicles. + Lead the quarterly close process, prepare financial statements, and manage investor reporting. + Coordinate annual audits and tax preparation, including handling related queries. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. + 5+ years of accounting experience in real estate, development, multi-family, or private equity. + Ability to interpret and apply accounting standards to complex transactions. + Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong team-oriented mindset. + Highly organized, adaptable, and thorough with follow-up tasks. + Experience with MRI and Juniper Square is preferred.
