Real Estate Sales Agent

We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Agent to join our real estate team, supporting the Real Estate Broker and playing a key role in engaging with prospective buyers. This role involves managing client inquiries, booking and conducting property tours, and working closely with clients to close sales. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple client interactions to ensure a seamless buying experience.

What You'll Do

Listing Portfolio: Work with the marketing team in presenting Renture Realty services to property owners in an effort to get them signed to a listing representation contract. Lead Management: Promptly respond to inquiries from potential home buyers, providing detailed property information and addressing any questions or concerns. Scheduling and Bookings: Organize and schedule property tours for clients, ensuring timely communication and smooth tour arrangements. Property Tours: Conduct property tours professionally and knowledgeably, highlighting features, answering questions, and building rapport with potential buyers. Lead Conversion: Work diligently to close sales leads by understanding client needs, promoting property benefits, and handling any objections effectively. Broker Support: Serve as the administrative and support point for the Real Estate Broker by managing client communications, maintaining records, and providing tour feedback to enhance sales strategy.
