In the role of Real Estate Services Project Manager, we'll count on you to:End-to-end project management for small, medium, and large and/or complex right of way projectsTrack and manage the financial aspects of projects and participate in internal financial reviews with area leadershipCoordinate the work of multidisciplinary teams including internal and external resourcesCoordinate the execution of technical tasks such as land valuation, title research, property assessments, risk analysis, negotiation and acquisition of land rights, occupant relocation, property management, construction coordination, and utility relocation/coordinationAdhere to QA/QC proceduresExecute and deliver right of way projects within the parameters of the agreed-to contractEstablish and maintain positive client relationships Participate in the marketing, pursuit, proposal development, and contract negotiations for new projectsAct as a subject matter expert for the local area right of way marketMaintain external visibility within the right of way industryPerform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsTechnical understanding pertaining to power, oil and gas, transportation, and water related real estate and right of way programs.Valid Washington Real Estate License, or ability to obtainExperience managing projects for right of way, title, utility, relocation, property management or other industry areasProficiency with federal, state, and industry laws and regulations such as FHWA, FAA, FTA, FRA, FERC, Uniform Relocation Act, and Eminent DomainAbility to review and understand technical documents including title, appraisal, environmental, and survey informationStrong conceptual, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to develop and lead diverse teams Ability to productively work with junior, mid-, and senior level staff, clients, and property ownersAbility to develop client relationships, marketing plans, proposal documents, and industry presentationsAbility to effectively self-manage schedule and tasksAbility to adhere to QA/QC proceduresProficiency with standard technology tools such as Microsoft Office suite

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field 7 years related experience A minimum of 2 years project management experience Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
