The Role: As a Real Estate Solicitor in this prestigious Development team, you will be involved in: - Development (Commercial, Residential and Mixed Use) working for both public and private sector developer clients. - Build to rent. - Joint Ventures development. - Investment - working on acquisition and disposal strategies as well as supporting on asset management and financing work. - Forward funding arrangements. - Acting across a range of sectors including logistics, offices and retail as well as various alternate assets, such as healthcare (including later living and retirement villages).
