Unique Senior Commercial Property Solicitor Role (5 PQE+) - Manchester City Centre We are now working with a property specialist firm based in Manchester city centre on the placement of a senior commercial property solicitor. The Role: · Commercial Property Solicitor 5 PQE+ · Manchester city centre · This is an opportunity for a senior commercial property lawyer to lead on a caseload of predominantly asset management & investment work. The work is top tier. The main client is an asset management company that runs a 1 billion portfolio of retail and business space. · You will also be working on sales, generally in the £5m-£10m bracket (standalone buildings, development land etc). · There is a steady stream of work which is interesting and complex. · Working closely with strong solicitors with previous experience in top quality property firms. · Working as the in-house property team for a large property group.
