Real Estate (Asset Management) Lawyer | Alternative Legal Services Team | Leading International Law Firm | Birmingham (Hybrid Working) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Associate with strong asset management experience to join the Alternative Legal Services team at a leading international law firm. This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic alternative legal services provider within a globally renowned practice, delivering high-quality legal services in a cutting-edge environment. The Role: As a Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's Real Estate practice, managing the delivery of legal services and overseeing a high-performing legal team. You will be responsible for supervising the provision of asset management legal services to clients and internal practice groups, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: · Managing and supervising a team of paralegals focused on the delivery of real estate work to internal and external stakeholders. · Overseeing the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of asset management documents, including leases, licences, surrenders, and variations. · Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client standards in all legal matters. · Developing and implementing best-in-class delivery models to enhance service quality and efficiency. · Collaborating with internal practice groups, resource management teams, and external clients to optimise workflow and service delivery. · Providing ongoing training, development, and pastoral care to your legal team to ensure continuous professional growth. About You: Our client is looking for a candidate who has: · A minimum of 2-3 years' PQE as a qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Scotland, with experience in property law. · Demonstrable expertise in asset management transactions, including lease negotiations, renewals, and assignments. · A background in alternative legal services or high-volume legal service delivery (not essential). · Experience managing a team of legal professionals in a high-performance environment. · Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and promote innovative service delivery models. · A keen interest in leveraging legal technology to drive efficiencies and enhance client service.
