Real Estate Supervising Solicitor, Leeds Our client is a global firm with a large and enviable Real Estate practice. They are recruiting a Solicitor in Leeds to support the onward growth of the Real Estate function in a supervisory capacity. - Supervise a team of paralegals who are supporting the core Real Estate team nationally - Line manage, coach and mentor the paralegals - Develop key relationships with senior fee earners in the Real Estate practice group - Plan & oversee the delivery of Real Estate projects - Maintain quality control, ensuring that the team delivers to internal and external client requirements - Excellent work life balance with highly predictable hours, lovely office facilities, generous salary & benefits - Full time or part time You will be a commercial Real Estate Solicitor with at least 4 years' experience across a range of Real Estate areas including acquisitions & disposals ad asset management work, organised, an effective communicator and comfortable with the use of sophisticated legal technology.
