What the day will look like
Growth and Business Results
+ Accountable for executing the in-country Commercial Risk Solutions growth plan and focused on delivering business results and growth.
+ Leads, manages, and executes the agreed growth plan, budget for allocated client portfolio and contributing to the annual planning cycle.
+ Manages the growth planning framework including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process.
+ Works with Business Leader on succession planning on key clients and talent pipeline
+ Stays on track and increase year on year client retention ratio.
+ Retains and grows Aon’s business, cultivating relationships with senior-most client decision-makers in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client contacts.
+ Collaborates with Sales Team to introduce Aon’s products, services, and specialty expertise to create opportunities to grow the business.
+ Continue to actively participate in the Delivering Aon United (DAU) initiative in identifying and developing new account opportunities either as a facilitator of DAU meetings or as an Account Manager for identified CRS accounts and opportunities.
+ Provide full support to the Business Development Team and the Strategic Account Management Team in winning new business and servicing won accounts thereafter
Client Ownership
+ Constantly identifies valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively influencing sales and client retention
+ Oversees the renewal process and implement the client-specific renewal strategy.
+ Deals with insurance companies for any requirements of clients like rate negotiation, issuance of policies, endorsements, claims management and related services.
+ Ensures proper insurance coverage are provided to clients including timely issuance of policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellation of policies, premium collection.
+ Guarantees polices, endorsements, premium computation and other documents are properly peer reviewed and accurate prior to release to clients.
Operational Excellence
+ Ensures adherence to critical best practice client management efforts including Strategic Account Service Plan Reviews and Client Return to Profitability Planning.
+ Demonstrates unwavering commitment to high performance in the process of account management and sets a personal standard of high quality and integrity for self and others.
+ Ensures compliance to internal deliverable and requirements to be 100% compliant to all Aon internal procedures.
Leadership
+ Builds trusted relationships with the leadership of Commercial Risk Solutions that facilitates and encourages collaboration and Aon United opportunities.
+ Leverages on the strengths of the team, talent development, and address the gaps in proficiency.
+ Assist teammates not only with their accounts but also with their careers, helping them grow personally and professionally
+ Manages the performance of the team and ensures all goals are achieved.
+ Ensures that service agreements are met and delivered to clients effectively and efficiently.
+ Provides structure and direction to facilitate the completion of team objectives.
+ Supports team to establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for their client service teams.
