Job Summary: The Real Estate Technology Support Officer reports directly to the Real Estate Technology Manager and liaises directly with Building Management on the responsibilities set out below The Real Estate Technology Support Officer is assists the Real Estate Technology Manager in ensuring the overall operational technology competence of the Building Management teams.

This role plays a vital role in providing technical support and assistance to real estate professionals, ensuring the smooth operation and utilization of technology platforms and systems within the Property & Asset Management Business Unit. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to end-users.

Responsibilities:

1.Technical Competency: Full knowledge of and use of key operational technology utilized by Building Management Teams.2.Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, providing prompt and effective technical support for any issues related to operational technology platforms and systems.3.Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technology-related problems encountered by end-users, in person, via phone and via remote access tools.4.Incident Management: Log and track all reported issues and service requests, ensuring their timely resolution in accordance5.End-User Training: Develop user guides for operational building technology and conduct regular training sessions for end-users to enhance end-users' understanding of technology systems and promote user adoption.6.Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.7.Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams, including real estate professionals, technology vendors, and system administrators, to address complex technical issues and provide expert guidance.8.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular system audits and performance tests to ensure data accuracy, system functionality, and adherence to security standards.9.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization of technology systems, making recommendations for enhancement.
