Real Estate Technology Trainer- Remote
The Corcoran Group is seeking a versatile Real Estate Technology Trainer to manage execution of and provide training for our suite of technology tools to support and drive Corcoran’s Affiliate businesses forward. The ideal candidate possesses a strong residential real estate background as a licensed agent, manager or trainer, has experience with adult learning and development, a solid understanding of technology best practices, excellent communication skills, and a strategic and proactive mindset.
This exciting new position will be a key member of Corcoran’s Affiliate Learning Team. Responsibilities :
Evangelize and drive adoption / usage of Corcoran’s technology tools for agent and broker business growth. Deliver engaging virtual group training sessions via Zoom covering technology ‘how to’ and strategy. Develop original content, including videos, and programs to achieve Learning Team goals for tools usage and business impact. Provide support to other trainers and facilitators during live, virtual sessions; managing chat, whiteboards, gathering key takeaways, etc. Provide basic email support and guidance to assist agents and brokers with general questions. Compile wins, testimonials and case studies to facilitate marketing and promotion of our offerings. Manage class and content data tracking to refine offerings and drive measurable results. Collaborate with business partners across the organization to execute new learning initiatives.Qualifications:
We’re looking for candidates who possess the following:
Undergraduate degree or related work experience. 2+ years experience delivering technology training to adults through virtual channels and in person. 2+ years experience in residential real estate sales, a plus. Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Proven success in leading results-oriented virtual courses and maintaining high audience engagement. Ability to develop learning content, including breaking down complicated concepts into simple content for a variety of audiences. Proficient in creating on-demand ‘How To’ and other video content. Tech and web-savvy with advanced proficiency of Zoom; quick learner of online productivity tools. Overall strong organization and time management skills with ability to work independently.
