Your role:
You are responsible for the real estate portfolio and strategy of several EMEA countries in alignment with business requirements and company's real estate standards. That includes the development and implementation of space and utilization concepts in particular for office sites with focus on optimizing real estate costs. Furthermore you are responsible for lease and transaction management in your countries including acquisition and disposal of land and buildings. You are leading and executing independently approx. 15 to 20 international real estate projects per year, with project spend up to high two-digit million EUR amounts. 
In addition, you are supporting the CapEx planning and forecasting. You are developing and aligning project strategies (e.g. "stay vs. move", "buy vs. lease ", "space optimization") with local and regional management/controlling. You are compiling decision papers for executives as well as for investment committees and ensuring and coordinating interaction with other stakeholders and process partners such as EHS, IT or Branding. Finally, it is in your responsibility to ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and guidelines, relevant to your area of responsibility.

Several years (5-8) of corporate real estate management experienceExtensive knowledge of real estate marketsExperienced in project managementInternational business experienceHigh degree of self-motivationUniversity master’s in real estate, architecture, engineering or business administrationStrategic, structured and result-oriented approach with a strong team focus
