What this job involves

This role will be dedicated to expanding the Workplace strategy and real estate consulting in the BeLux Market.

You will support General Managers, Finance Directors, HR Directors and Real Estate Directors of major local and international companies, as well as institutional and private investors, corporates, promoters or building owers, in defining and implementing their real estate strategy, from reviewing their portfolio to defining a Workplace Strategy including advising to create efficient, sustainable, and customized working areas.

On one hand, your role will involve conducting comprehensive real estate market analysis, which includes data collection, market trend review, asset performance benchmarking, and identifying investment opportunities.

You will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their specific real estate investment needs and objectives. Based on this understanding, you will provide strategic recommendations aimed at maximizing the value of their portfolios.

To effectively communicate your analysis results and recommendations, you will prepare detailed analysis reports and deliver clear and concise presentations to our clients.

In collaboration with our Market department, you will perform market research and benchmarking to evaluate the value and growth potential of real estate assets.

On another hand, part of your focus will be on Workplace Strategy. This involves identifying the values and working methods of our clients to design efficient, sustainable, and tailored working environments that meet their needs.

Given the rapid transformation of the working environment, companies are increasingly prioritizing adaptability, flexibility, and productivity in their real estate projects. Your role as a consulting Consultant will be to advise and support major Belgian and international companies in transforming their work environments into effective drivers of business performance.

In summary, you will be involved in missions such as (not exhausting):

Support clients in optimizing portfolio performance and developing real estate strategic plansImplement workplace strategies to facilitate the transformation of working practicesAssist in organizing Real Estate or General Services departmentsDefine and deploy Facility Management strategiesOffer asset management consulting services including diagnostics, business plans, valuation, and financial modelingContribute to the development of urban development strategies on various scalesSource and maintain client relationshipsGain an in-depth understanding of corporate organizations and their real estate needsGuide management teams in addressing real estate challengesCollaborate with architects and designers to develop workplace strategies and design guidelinesDrive innovation through the development of tools, processes, and methods

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:

You have a high School/university degree or equivalent in management, consulting or real estate,You have at least 7 years’ experience in a similar function,You have a solid knowledge of the local Belgian real estate market including market trends, regulations and investment opportunities and a deep understanding of financial concepts and real estate asset valuation methods,We’ll expect you to have excellent analytical and organizational skills to be able to interpret complex data,You have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely - you’ll be able to deal with clients at a strategic level (CEO, CFO, HRD, …)You are able to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously, respecting deadlines,You need to be fluent in Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken,You have good professional computer skills (MS Office suite)
