Versar Global Solutions is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill positions for the Real Property Installed Build Equipment Administrator (LN) on multiple sites within INDOPACOM-Marshal Islands region (USAG-KA (Kwajalein and Roi-Namur)) in support of LOGCAP V. Your Impact
Under the direction of the RPIE Administrator II, they track all Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) built into the buildings that are part of USAG-KA’s Real Property records. USAG-KA’s buildings encompass 3.4 million square feet in approximately 800 facilities. The RPIE Administrator will maintain the existing RPIE database records including all available specifications, make, and model numbers for each piece of equipment. In addition, they will perform the data entry of all updates to the RPIE database based on data received from the Public Works Service Center and the necessary maintenance shops, including but not limited to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry to include planned maintenance, scheduled maintenance, or any replacement or new installation of RPIE.
Perform data entry of all updates to track RPIE as defined in Army Regulation 420-1 Army Facilities Management (12 February 2008), Section VI – Equipment Installation, 4-58 – Installed Building Equipment.Using the most current Government system, document work/changes to RPIE, including major repairs, replacement, and new installationComplete training requirements to obtain numerous roles in the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).Creates and submits reports (routine or ad-hoc) from the CMMS database (MAXIMO and/or GFEBS) as assigned.Interacts with internal and external customers.Follow all VGS standard policies and practices.As directed by the Supervisor or Task Order Manager.Who You Are

Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.Must be able to speak, read and write English fluentlyMust maintain a valid driver’s license from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment dateMust maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date. Passport must have a minimum of 6 blank pages prior to OCONUS mobilization. Must satisfy the USARPAC Force Health Protection Guidance medical requirements for INDOPACOM prior to OCONUS mobilization, must be able to maintain a Medically Qualified (MQ) rating on an annual basis. Must meet the Republic of the Marshall Islands (host nation) COVID-19 entry requirements; COVID-19 vaccination(s), fully inoculated and Booster – NO CURRENT REQUIRMENTTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.Associate degree or equivalent preferred.Must be able to obtain a USAG-KA Driver’s License.Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Production Control or an administrative environment.Minimum of one (1) year of experience in GFEBS/Maximo preferred. Collaborative work style fostering cooperation and teamwork.Must be able to effectively review and interpret data across multiple systems.Must be able to work with military personnel, US Government officials and personnel from other firms/companies to meet client requirements.Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
