If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for a Real Time Analyst (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila.
You will be responsible for monitoring real-time operations and processes, ensuring service levels are met while optimising agent efficiency. As a Real-Time Analyst, you will keep track of call center activity, adjust schedules as needed, and handle unexpected requests to keep things running smoothly. You'll also update teams on any changes and create reports to share key insights.The ideal candidate has strong time management skills, the ability to prioritise tasks, and excellent attention to detail.
What you’ll be doing: Monitor real-time contact center metrics, including call and chat volumes, agent availability, and service level performance. Compare scheduling forecasts with actual demand and make adjustments throughout the day, including break scheduling. Review and manage same-day requests, unexpected changes, and off-phone activities. Track system issues and assess their impact on overall performance. Keep relevant teams updated on changes and actions taken. Prepare, manage, and share daily and ad hoc reports with the business. Generate internal reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. What you need to bring:We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
Extensive experience in a similar role within a large organisation, working with diverse and complex systems. Strong ability to build relationships and manage key stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Capable of interpreting daily data and presenting insights in a clear and meaningful way.Our hiring process is very straightforward. You’ll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic!
