ベースラインの歩留まり改善とエクスカーション防止のためのRDAエンジニアのサポート業務。SWRを設計、設定、分析し、歩留まり改善の機会をもたらす可能性のあるプロセス変更を評価し、可能な限り最速で実施する。特定の欠陥のパフォーマンスを追跡するメトリクスに関する有用なレポートを作成し、定期的に送付する。欠陥の傾向を頻繁に確認し、それに応じて対応する。製造およびシフトと協力し、意思決定に必要なデータを取得する。その他の具体的な責任には以下が含まれますが、これらに限定されるものではありません：

IDLトレンド変動SWR設定、まとめコンバージョン初動管理パーティション検査による改善工程の洗い出しサンプリングや検査ステップを適宜最適化することにより、RDA全体のサイクルタイム管理とキャパシティをアシストする効率的な改善活動のためBKMの文書化

求めるスキル・必須要件：

高校卒業以上基本的なPCスキル(Excel、PowerPoint、Word)積極的な問題解決、率直なコミュニケーション、責任感を持つこと優れたチームワークスキル、マルチタスク能力、自発的な行動力
