Job Description

Monitor and optimize operations in real-time, ensuring KPIs targets and workforce efficiency

- Generate real-time dashboards: Create and update dashboards and reports to keep stakeholders informed and alerted about trends and issues
- Incident reporting: Document and scale any technical or operational issues

- Manage agents schedules and aux in order to achieved optimal coverage
- Collaborate with WFM team

- Effective com,unication
- Use of Technological tools: (excel, PPT, BI & others)
