Summary About the Position: Serves as Chief, Real Estate Division overseeing a staff of 45 employees in three branches, including realty specialists, appraisers, timber sales specialists, cartographic technicians, support technicians and clerical staff. This position manages work through subordinate supervisors, the work requires extensive coordination and integration of a number of important programs and projects assigned to the Real Estate Division. Responsibilities Manages the Real Estate Division of the Seattle District. Coordinates Real Estate activities with other District functional elements. Performs technical real estate work on complex and controversial cases, and acts as District representative on Real Estate issues. Supervises the Real Estate Division staff.
