Summary About the Position: This is a Realty Officer, GS-1170-14 position for the US Army Engineer District, Tulsa Real Estate Division located in Tulsa, OK. Responsibilities Advise District Engineer on all real estate matters and consults with him and other technical and staff officials on policies, problems and decisions involving use of real property. Administer real estate acquisition real property and land management program involved in the civil works development of the Arkansas River and Red River basins for flood control, hydroelectric power, navigation, recreation, and water conservation. Plan work accomplishment with that of other divisions of the district, higher echelons, other government agencies and private interests, through correspondence and consultation. Speak publicly before various organizational groups, particularly where public sentiment is a sensitive issue or the real estate policies and programs of the district involve precedent and affect public attitudes.
