What You'll Do Assist with shipping and receiving documentation Assist with the research of detailing, fabrication, and field problems Coordinate and assist with customer accounts by scheduling material and deliveries, along with conducting any research of field problems, detailing, fabrication, and/or changes to scope of work Ensure the highest level of customer service is taking place and all efforts are taken to satisfy customer needs at all levels, including: phone calls, meetings, etc. Maintains a desirable work area and accurate documentation of records for each job Previous experience utilizing AutoCAD/Bluebeam required, Detailing experience a plus Produce accurate and detailed rebar placing drawings that conform to industry and company standards for various structures; to include the material list for shop fabrication What You'll Need 1 - 2 years previous experience and/or knowledge with AutoCAD and reading blueprints Ability to read and interpret contract drawings (ie blueprint) with strong mathematical skills are required Ability to work overtime as necessary outside of normally scheduled shift with little or no advance notification required, including weekends Excellent customer service including follow through, Time management, Planning/organization and prioritizing Proficient in MS Office programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Bluebeam Your EducationWe are CMC, a Fortune 500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
