What You'll Do Responsible for converting contract drawings design data for concrete reinforcement into specific placing drawings through the use of AutoCAD for large commercial projects such as high rises and tilt ups What You'll Need Ability to review and interpret contract documents for advanced projects A good understanding of CRSI and detailing standards of practice Experience with Rebar Detailing Programs, preferably Autodesk/Bentley CAD/aSa/Tekla platforms preferred Understand project scope and sales documentation Ability to use critical thinking skills to solve unique problems Ability to use MS Excel & MS Outlook High level of attention to detail and focus with a commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently Familiarity with concrete accessories, couplers, WWF mesh is a plus Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English Must be able to visualize three dimensionally (spatial visualization) Experienced knowledge of structural concrete members and building systems Experienced knowledge of rebar bend types, shapes, size, and applications for reinforced concrete Your Education Experience detailing or estimating rebar High School Diploma or GED required
