\n Initiate Trade Rebate Payments and related deductions Manage compliance of payment terms specified in the contractual agreement Ensure approved payment requests transfer to AP system and to the customer Maintain Rebate Tracker to ensure timely and complete payments Work closely with Customer at both the Corporate and individual Branch level Support Revenue Coordinator on Proof of Delivery (POD) claims for end-user deviated price contracts Research claims submitted by assigned account base and ultimately respond with allowed rebate dollars Facilitate issue resolution related to rebate discrepancies Research deductions – process credit / debit memos, as needed Support Pricing Analysts with stock/contract quotations and system price maintenance \n Some experience in A/R, Rebate processing and/or Contract Compliance, General Accounting/Bookkeeping. 2-5 years of experience preferred Highly skilled in Excel required College Degree preferred Exceptional organization and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Products (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook) \nBenefits
