Join our team as a Receipt and Distribution Specialist, ensuring quality service delivery across locations, with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.
As a Receipt and Distribution Specialist in Business Services Team, you will be expected to serve in a production capacity. Additionally, you may be required to work in any of the production locations/environments and cover various shifts to meet the needs of the customer/company in delivering our products and services while meeting established service level agreements, quality, and productivity standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Operates functional equipment, including printing, scanning, inserting, sortation, x-ray, and other equipment as applicable.Receives and processes incoming and outgoing work.Prints, finishs, and distributes all submitted print requests and documents.Scans documents/files and integrates them into agreed document workflows/depositories.Arranges courier collection, including required manifests and documentation.Manages other logistics functions such as overnight shipping.Fulfills inventory management for production centers.Maintains basic record-keeping and tracks data as required by management.Performs other duties as assigned.Alternates between multiple locations within the job location state/country to provide coverage as needed, with variation in work hours to meet coverage needs.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Ability to follow directions, show initiative, work and perform duties under minimal supervision, and follow through on tasks.Self-motivated with proven ability to learn and to seek and participate in cross training opportunities and willingness to utilize downtime to learn new skills.Able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment.Detail and deadline oriented with strong emphasis on safeguarding all personal and confidential information.Basic understanding of risk and control for the activities responsible.Be aware of and maintain safe working practices related to Health and Safety.Able to resolve problems and with the ability to recommend process improvements.Intermediate understanding and use of Microsoft Office products; (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook; including email and calendar).Must be comfortable with and have a solid understanding of basic business technology.Good oral and written communication skills.Good customer service skills, attentiveness, able to interact positively and pleasantly.
