Receipt Inspector
Role and Responsibilities The Quality Inspector will be responsible for but not limited to, performing Dimensional inspections on projects in addition to other non-NDE activities that may be requested. + Conduct Receipt inspections in accordance with written procedures and acceptance criteria then complete applicable paperwork. + Conduct mechanical inspections using hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures and complete applicable paperwork. + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings correctly. + Issue non-conformances reports for discrepant items and tag the items appropriately. REQUIREMENTS + Must have minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mechanical (dimensional) inspector. + Successful applicant will have a systematic approach to work, be detail oriented and able to finish assignments with little supervision.  + Good computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Access). + Excellent communication skills, organizational and time management skills. + Good teamwork skills, participating in team environment. + Willing and capable of standing the entire shift. + Willing and capable of working Off-Shifts to support company needs. + Capable of lifting 50 pounds. + Must have experience in a manufacturing environment. + Familiarity with safety procedures and principles to support working in a safe environment PERFERED QUALIFICATIONS + Currently qualified (or documented experience with) Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for precision geometrical dimensional inspections (GD&T) such as FARO laser trackers and/or Arms.
