Our Receivers strive for integrity and reliability, while building trusting relationships with our team._ + Check inbound product identification against invoices and receiving paperwork to insure correct pack/size, quantity, product quality and temperature, pallet ti/hi, etc. + Check temperature of all inbound frozen and refrigerated products to ensure proper temperatures and comply with U.S. Food safety and RRE requirements. + Check the cleanliness of the trailers before they are unloaded. + Verify quantity of each product to insure physical count agrees with shipping and receiving documentation; report any variances so that inventory levels are accurately adjusted in system. + Apply labels to all incoming product to identify that product in the warehouse for stocking, selection and inventory tracking. + Complete required paperwork for daily receiving, as per U.S. Foodservice, USDA and SOX requirements; sign and date to authenticate products received are placed into inventory.
