Principal Accountabilities

Retrieve raw materials/veggies for the production linesLoad/Unload trucks as needed, label properly, store in baysAbility to operate mobile powered equipmentResponsible to keep the place clean and tidyCompletion of daily, weekly, and monthly job tasks around the receiving areaAccurately record materials and lot numbers in computer systemEnsures product quality, consistency, and compliance with customer specificationsComplete all required documentation accurately and proficiently along with other required written communication applicable to the jobEnsuring all processing steps have been completed and a quality product is delivered to the customerAll food handling tasks are completed properly i.e., proper packaging, labeled correctlyAssist on the production floor where neededComply with all Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Policies and ProceduresIndividual will learn and comply with all HACCP and Food Safety Policies and Procedures; Individual will ensure compliance for all monitoring and verification tasks as outlined in the Food Safety ManagementOther tasks may be assigned per the discretion of management
