We are currently looking for a Receiving Associate to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service.   Position Highlights: The Receiving Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of incoming domestic and international packages and mail.   What You'll Do: + Handle inbound and outbound packages and input into SAP financial system. Scans, records and distributes packages. + Performs duties associated with shipping and receiving of materials. + Researching proper package recipients. + Notifies employees upon receipt of inbound personal deliveries. + Distributes packages to appropriate staff member. + Accurately sorts mail for distribution. + Accurately delivers and distributes mail throughout organization on foot, via delivery cart. + Schedules daily mail pick-ups and drop offs for United States Postal Service (USPS). + Maintains copier machines throughout the organizations building. + Receives and processes eyeglass collections. + Co-ordinates garbage/recycling activity with Facilities Maintenance Manager + Manages the processing and storage of all materials in the warehouse. + Handles department projects like awards and recognition and other mailings. + Answer dock bell to accept deliveries. + Provides assistance for shipping international and domestic shipments. + Acts as point of contact for staff on package inquiries. + May load or unload packages from delivery vehicles on a low/high volume basis. + May serve as a back-up for all other Mail Services duties, including, but not limited to preparation of Carter kits, Engraving, and headquarters orders in Shopify. We're Looking for Someone With: + High School diploma or equivalent. + A minimum of two years in a mail services role. + Experience with high volume of work and ability to meet deadlines. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Must be a local candidate + This role is in office, 5 days of the week, M-F Why You’ll Love Working Here: Lions Clubs International has excellent benefits for you and your family.
