Receiving Clerk

Adecco is actively recruiting a Receiving Clerk for the ROSS Distribution Center in Buckeye, AZ. In this role, you will help manage and track incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring smooth warehouse operations. **What Youโll Do:**
๐น Accurately track and record data in **Retek/RDM** and **In Yard database**
๐น Schedule and coordinate incoming and outgoing trailers to meet production goals
๐น Communicate effectively with vendors, carriers, co-workers, and supervisors via email, phone, and radio
๐น Organize and maintain documentation to ensure processing accuracy
๐น Complete daily production and receiving schedules
๐น Assist with problem-solving and tracking reports under strict deadlines
๐น Support **Receiving/Shipping** areas as needed
**What Weโre Looking For:**
โ Strong **computer skills** , especially **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**
โ Ability to multitask between **RDM, In Yard, and Excel screens**
โ Excellent **organizational and communication** skills
โ Strong **attention to detail** and **time management**
โ Ability to lift and move up to **50 lbs** as needed
โ **Retek/RDM experience** is a plus!
โ Must pass **Math (with calculator), Excel, Word II, and 10-Key testing**
**Shift/Pay**
+ Monday โ Friday 6:00AM โ 2:30PM
+ Pay: $18.92/hr

**Pay Details:** $18.92 per hour
